PIPL is seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Sales Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience for a Full-Time position based in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pimpri. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and aligning them with PIPL's advanced manufacturing solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and exceptional sales acumen.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure new solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional support.
  • Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with both client requirements and company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and business plan to achieve sales targets.
