JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Marketing Manager – Staffing

Reporting to: Business Head

Experience: 5 to 6 years out of which at least 3 to 4 years in companies like Teamlease, Adecco, Naukari, Shine, Work India, etc.

Functional areas: Business Development, Marketing.

Educational: MBA or post-graduation in marketing.

Specific responsibilities:

Put together an execution plan involving

Identification of industries amenable to employing migrant workforce

Identification of specific target companies in these industries with well defined calling plan

Developing value proposition for the potential customers

Submitting proposals to the clients, negotiating commercial terms and signing contracts with the clients

Coordination with the supply team for fulfilling the order

Form partnership/ alliances with industry associations

Weekly MIS for the directors

Quarterly updates for the board

Compensation: Mix of fixed compensation and variable compensation linked to delivery of certain agreed milestones

Location: Mumbai

Till date Pipal Tree has executed many large projects as a contractor in the field of plumbing, painting, tiling, electrical, water proofing, false ceiling for many well know construction companies such as Tata Housing, Shapoorji, Simplex, Lodha, L&T, Janapriya, Man, Ashford, NCC, Ramky and many more. Quality of work would be delivered only if the workers have better skills. To ensure the better quality work, Pipal Tree runs training institutes across India. It mobilizes poor school drop outs from villages, provides them free residential training for the skills and then provide them jobs on site through its staffing agency. It also ensure that all workers get social benefits such as PF, Insurance, Uniforms, safety kits, decent accommodation etc. Pipal Tree also continues to provide them training on the job and ensures that all its workforce get career progression in line with their performance. This helps it address multiple problems - Improving quality of construction work in India, Improving social state of construction workers, providing skill training and generating employment for poor school drop outs from rural India.
