Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tender Executive to join our team at Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, including preparing and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of tender processes, gem portal, CPP, e-tendering, and bidding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and tender management software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tender opportunities
- Review and evaluate tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities
- Manage the tender process, including bid preparation, pricing, and submission
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop winning strategies and proposals
- Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related information
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the tendering process
- Track and monitor tender results, analyzing success rates and identifying areas for improvement.
