Job Overview:

Pioneer E Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team. This is a full-time position located in New Delhi, ideal for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and develop essential skills for a successful career in the IT services and consulting industry.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of operations and operations management (Mandatory skill)
  • Understanding of government operations (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience or familiarity with sales operations
  • Ability to manage operational clients and understand their needs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using operational software tools and platforms


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations processes and ensure smooth workflow
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Support the sales operations team in client management and data analysis
  • Help manage governmental operation projects and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics and suggest areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research to support strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance operational knowledge and skills
