Job Location – Hyderabad, Telangana.

1. Assistant/Support Staff/Helpdesk Staff
Educational Qualification:
· B.E/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) or M.Tech (Computer Science/IT)/MCA or Four Years Graduate from a recognized institute.
Experience:
· 3+ years of Experience in MS Office, Spreadsheets, Google Docs and etc.,
· Familiarity with Dashboard monitoring.
· Having knowledge in installation of Computer Software, Hardware and etc.,
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Resolving IT support requests from Officials.
· Preparing reports and generating data sets as required.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
· Monitoring of Dashboards.
· Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
· Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
· Responding to data inquiries from departments/stakeholders.
