Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Account Operations Trainee to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in account operations, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic understanding of account operations.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with account management processes and procedures.
  • Experience or knowledge of E-invoicing (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in preparing and handling invoices (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with various invoicing techniques and procedures (Mandatory skill).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage account-related tasks efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Manage account operations and maintain records of transactions.
  • Support the account management team in daily tasks and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Handle client communication and respond to inquiries related to invoicing and account operations.
  • Maintain and update account information in the company database.
  • Generate reports related to account operations as required by the management.
  • Support the implementation of E-invoicing systems and processes.
