Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Software Application Support Engineer specializing in .NET to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a passion for supporting and enhancing software applications. Candidates should have a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience to qualify for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in MySQL, .net, and .NET Core (Mandatory skill) is required for efficient database and application support.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data for debugging purposes.
- Experience in providing software support, especially in troubleshooting and resolving issues in live environments.
- Competency in c# to assist in debugging and modifying code when necessary.
- Experience working with ASP.NET frameworks to support web application development and maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively identify and solve issues related to software applications.
- Good communication skills for collaborative problem-solving and interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance for software applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to understand and resolve complex software issues.
- Utilize MySQL, .net, and .NET Core to maintain and optimize existing applications.
- Analyze software logs and identify trends to preempt potential issues.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of software updates and patches.
- Document processes and create reports for recurring issues and resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving their technical queries.
