- Familiarity with ESIC processes to seamlessly manage health insurance and related benefits for employees.
- Capability to conduct financial audits on payroll and benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret various employee and payroll data for informed decision-making.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with all HR regulations and employment laws to mitigate legal risk.
- Manage payroll processing to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on schedule.
