JOB DESCRIPTION – SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR 	 	 Gain ad hoc knowledge in Supply Chain and Assist the Supply Chain team in the main functions 	 such as Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.   	 	 Ensure the successful completion of tasks and back up as needed based on Business and 	 Operations priorities.  	 	 Interaction:   	   Report to the Head of Supply Chain.  	   Work closely with Supply Chain, NPD, Business Technology, Finance and 3PLs. 	   	  	 	 4. Coordination: 	  	   Follow up on 3PL invoices, checking and payment issuance: Warehouse, Forwarders, 	 	 Issuance and Follow up of the Products price lists per country.  	 	 Regulatory.   	 	   Support in creating orders and transactions in the ERP. 	   Daily reports extraction and checking: ERP,WMS. 	  	 	  	 	 5.  Profile:   	 	  	  	 	   Good Communication skills and willingness to learn.  	   Proactivity, Flexibility, Accuracy.   	   Good level of Excel. 	   Fluent in English and Arabic   	   Business Central is a plus 	 	 6.
