The candidate will be leading the overall sales for the company. The role requires the candidate to be setting up direct and indirect sales channels while building a high performance team to scale the sales operations in multiple micro markets in next 12 months.

Key Requirements:

-Proven experience of revenue generation, handling P&L, customer acquisition - both online & offline

- Specializes in building business from scratch that involves lead generation, hiring, creating systems and processes, incentive structures, partner onboarding, channel set up etc.

- An Entrepreneurial mindset

- Have a burning desire of creating wealth in long term
