Talent acquisition, Head hunting and on boarding process.

Attendance and Salary finalization, HR Statutory (PMS,,, , Exit formalities, etc

Policies producers and implementation.

Issues HR related letters to employee.

Employee engagement Activities. Training & development, Performance management.
