• Induction and 7 day evaluation
• End to End Recruitment 
• Talent acquisition, Head hunting and on boarding process.
• HR Statutory (PMS, Exit formalities,
• Policies producers and implementation.
• Issues HR related letters to employee.
• Employee engagement Activities. Training & development, Performance management. 
• Day to day HR activities
