Job Description:
- Manpower Planning & HR budget preparation and monitoring.
· Expertise in OD through job analysis & evaluation, succession planning and performance management.
- Proficient in maintaining effective employee relations with staff across all hierarchical levels through role enrichments, negotiations, agreements & disciplinary proceedings.
- Accountable for Strategic HR planning and business optimization through manpower.
· Monitor the PMS process from Goal setting to implementing Performance Improvements Plans and help in building a high performance organisation.
· Work on retention measures along with the Business Head and aim at reducing attrition. Analyse the causes for attrition and share the analysis with the department heads.
· Managing Talent acquisition for entire organisation, salary negotiations & structural fitment.
· Drive the business plan at all level.
· Formulation & Implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration policies.
· Supervising Payroll & statutory compliances.
- Formulate career development plans.
- Skilled in directing Learning & Development functions from training need analysis, budgeting, module development, implementation and assessments with focus on building best talent.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
- Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention and cost.
- Operate independently & ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
- Effective communication capabilities with excellent planning, interpersonal relationship management and analytical skills.
