Job Location – Rudrapur 

Job Description:

·        Formulating & implementing standard operating procedure for each sub operation

·        Undertaking relevant modifications to achieve a state of process control and ensure manufacture of products meeting pre-determined specifications and quality standards.

·        Implementing systems & procedures to reduce rejection levels & ensure compliance with industrial quality standards.

·        Defining & implementing quality standards and structured processes/ quality plans for various production operations.

·        Analysis of customer complaints and corrective action reports, interaction with customers on quality issues, preparation of quality plans.

·        Process of claim handling and incident management in case of issues affecting the customer.

·        Implementation of latest problem solving techniques and systems, TQM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and 5S activities.

·        Involving as a team leader in preparation and ensuring the implementation of FMEA, DFMEA and PPAP related to existing/ new launched product and process.
