Comfortable for 6 days working (Monday to Saturday).

Job Location - Near Karkardooma Court

Experience – 05 to 15 Yrs

Office Timing - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

·        Preparation of detailed Financial Model that includes - a) Projected Financial Statements b) Projected Cash Flow Statements. c) Detailed profitability statements. d) Calculation of project IRR, Payback etc. 

·        Identify new markets based on potential market volume and growth, study competitors' landscape. 

·        Detailed monitoring and analysis of actual and projected cash flows of all the projects. 

·        Coordinating with Project Finance team and the stakeholders of respective projects to understand and plan future cash flows.  

·        To study in detail the Industrial Incentive Policies issued by different states from time to time. 

·        To analyze and calculate the fiscal and non- fiscal incentives available so as to utilize the maximum benefit available against the projects. 

·        To give ideas to the Management for maximizing the incentives. 

·        Preparation of misc. MIS and reports from time to time as required by the Management. 

·        Support Seniors in various workings from time to time.
