©        Creating awareness in quality aspects throughout the Assembly line by conducting training on WCQ, DIFTR, 5S, Poke Yoke, Kaizen.

©        Leading the Self-management team and achieving the SQPDCME targets through KPI.

©        Problem analysis and solving through PSR (Problem solving report) & 7 QC tools.
