We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our services. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication and convincing skills to kick-start their career in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
• Strong convincing and persuasion skills
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and respond effectively
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities ( Telecaller )

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
