Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting our services. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales
• Excellent communication skills
• Active listening and persuasive skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities ( Telecaller )

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
