Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and clients, introducing them to our services, and generating leads for our business. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the services we offer
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients
• Introduce our services to potential customers and explain the benefits
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Achieve sales targets and meet monthly quotas
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
