Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and promoting our range of services. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication and sales skills to kick-start their career in the B2B marketplace industry. The role is based in Panchkula, Haryana, India and is a full-time position. Fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs
• Target-oriented and ability to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Fluent in Hindi and English

Roles and Responsibilities ( Telecaller )

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
