Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Tele Calling professional to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing them to our range of services, and persuading them to make a purchase. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience in field sales is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software for lead management
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
