Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. You will be expected to meet sales targets, establish and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B marketplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Strong sales process and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and B2B marketplace
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
