Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of B2B sales and field sales techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop( optional) And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
