Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our services. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and B2B marketplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
