Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and persuade clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be located in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Build and improve relationships with Existing clients

·        Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their packages.

·        Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

·        Educate and inform clients about the company’s services and special offers.

·        Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

·        Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

·        Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.

Upgrade the existing clients as well as asked for renewal from them
