Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
