Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the potential for growth and career advancement. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and sales principles
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilites
• Identify New Sales leads.
• Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect for new Clients by networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
