Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch our products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of our offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
