Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online B2B marketplaces is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets by creating and implementing effective sales strategies
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and establish new contacts
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and achieve better results.
Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )
• Identify New Sales Leads.
• Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
• Field Sales
• Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
• Cold Calling.
• Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
• Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
