Job Title : Sr Tendering Executive

Job Description:

1. Uploading New Product/Catalogue on Gem Portal. 

2. Creating L1 Comparison for Direct Purchasing. 

3. Finding Suitable Bids on Gem & E-Tender Portal. 

4. Participating In Bids Like Bunch Bid, BID R/A, Custom Bid, Product and Service Bid & BOQ Bid. 

5. Prepare Documents For E-Tendering & Gem Portal. 

6. Studying Tender Documents, Qualification Criteria & the Scope of Work. 

7. Coordinating with channel partners and SI’s.

8. Prepare Technical & Financial Bids in Assistance With Seniors. 

9. Prepare All Tender Documents In The Specific Formats Related To The Bid Submit The

Documents In Stipulated Time Limits. 

10. Time Management Skills and the Ability to Deliver To Deadlines. 

11. To Coordinate, Prepare and Compile Bid Submission Documents In Relation To

Tendering/Bidding Activities, Tender Questionnaires And Pre- Qualifications. 

12. Prepare Submitted Bid List and Update Qualified and Disqualified 

13. Prepare EMD Details. 

14. Expertise in Gem Portal

15. Preparing the day-to-day operations of the Bid Assigned

16. Maintain a strong relationship with strategic partners and keep them informed of additional

business opportunities

17. Act as the link between the technical, sales and marketing functions during the presales and bid

process

18. Direct customers on solutions and propositions

Experience: 5 years in pre-sales activities.

Minimum 2 years of working knowledge on tender portals with end to end managing experience.
