• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media channels.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
• Identify and leverage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and drive engagement.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
