Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Worker to join our team at Photonic System Private Ltd. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, particularly in the areas of PCB design, soldering, circuit design, and more. This is a full-time, junior-level position located in Coimbatore, requiring 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in production or manufacturing, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Proficiency in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the production process.
• Skilled in soldering techniques to assemble and repair electronic components efficiently.
• Solid understanding of circuit design and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Experience in production planning to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of basic electronics principles, including the functioning and application of various electronic components.
• Ability to work with electrical wiring, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maintain high-quality production standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of electronic and electrical components as per company standards.
• Design and layout printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet production requirements.
• Perform soldering tasks with precision to ensure reliable and high-quality electronic assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuit designs and electrical components as necessary.
