Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service And Installation Technician to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a junior-level position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in related roles. The primary focus of this role is fieldwork, including the installation and servicing of our products. This is a Full-Time, Contract position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a field service or related technical role.
• Proficiency in field work and field installation. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of field service engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of company products.
• Conduct routine inspections and service checks for installed systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to product performance and functionality.
• Interact with clients to provide operational training and technical support.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, service tasks, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the head office for parts, updates, and reporting technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during service operations.
• Assist in developing and improving installation procedures and protocols.
