3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a startup ecosystem (preferred industry experience – aerospace)

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a high pressure environment and handle ambiguity

• Demonstrate interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all hierarchical levels which includes verbal and written communication
