SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

 1 Overall management of Travel Desk, Stationery Super Market and Reception area.  

2 Co ordinate and manage cafeteria supports at all Plants in all working days for lunch, dinner, break fast, tea / coffee support, Pantry Management and coffee vending machine.

 3 Co ordinate and Manage employee transportation in all shifts , internal movement and special trips / taxis in all working days for all plants. 

 4 Manage Printing and procurement of Visiting Cards, Printing Stationeries like letter heads, envelops, labels , boards etc. for the organisation. 

 5 Supports MIS dept in terms of Processing Bills and Procurement related to data card, mobile and Telephone instruments , service and support in procurement of Xerox machines and input Materials  

6 Legal Compliance of all Vendor employees in terms of Working Hours,OT hours , Monthly legal compliance Audit, PF / ESI / Payment through Banks, Kitchen Audit, Food and Water Testing, Health testing of employees etc related to Cafetria and transportation.  

7 Responsible for processing of bills related to admin activities & initiate actions for cost containment. 

8 Responsible for Management of Company vehicle interms of Fuel Consumption, Service & document Manitenance and disposal. 

9 Supports, handle and Manage Foreign Exchange activity till final settlement. 

10 Drive for continous improvement in respective areas 

11 Drive 6S in canteen & reception area.   

12 Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned
