Job Overview

We are searching for a Maintenance Trainee to join our team at Pheonix Polyp Products Pvt Ltd. As a Maintenance Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment. This is a full-time position based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Honest and trustworthy in handling tools and equipment.
• ITI/Diploma in Electricals or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, changing filters, and lubricating machinery.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments on manufacturing equipment under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or equipment upgrades.
