Job Overview


We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team at Pharoscion Global. As our Social Media Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and growth for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns across various platforms. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of online marketplace platforms and social media advertising
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
  • Experience in LinkedIn marketing and YouTube marketing
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to client websites
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand voice and image
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media integration with other marketing channels
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
  • Manage a team of junior social media marketers and provide guidance and support
