Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team at Pharmazone. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within our organization. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for job openings
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate pipeline management, and offer management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
• Manage and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system
