Responsibilities:
· Experience in handling USA recruitment involving in initial screening of resumes, conducting telephonic interviews and coordinating technical interviews and negotiating salaries.
· Using an internal database, Internet sites and referrals to source active and passive candidates for contract and Fulltime positions
· Responsible for driving recruiting process by identifying, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2 and staff employees on a local, and national level with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment
· Expert in writing Boolean Strings.
· Searching the appropriate candidates from the job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Ladders and LinkedIn RPS.
· Handling the end to end recruitment procedure.
· Proven exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, screening, target-hunting & recruiting candidates for various IT/Non-IT skill.
· Experience in using effective sourcing from all the job portals, professional networking sites.
· Scheduling and coordinating the interviews for candidates
· Sourcing of candidates through Job Site/Advertisements/References/ Head hunting.
· Maintaining a database, meet regularly with Process Manager to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires and future requirements per the Job Screening and Short-listing profiles as per requirements at the initial level.
· Following up with prospective candidate’s post offer and joiners
