Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IDAM Okta Consultant to join our team at PERSOLKELLY India. This full-time, mid-level position is available in Chennai and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in identity and access management, Okta integration, single sign-on (SSO), and other related fields.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Okta integration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience with user provisioning and identity governance processes.
• Holding an Okta consultant certification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and manage identity and access management solutions using Okta.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless user access.
• Implement Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
• Oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Ensure identity governance policies are in place and being followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to identity management solutions.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to integrate Okta with other systems.
• Provide support and training to end-users regarding Okta and related technologies.
