The primary focus of this role is to generate new business leads & manage existing key account by supporting field sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Maintain register of all enquiries, ER/TR
- Handling Sales admin
- Providing the data and reports to help sales team
- Feedback from client of service, keeping record of all those feedback.
- Customer Relationship Management
- MIS Maintenance
- Desktop research for new projects, collect database.
- Daily cold calling for new enquiry, sending introductory mail.
- Keep up to date sales documentation.
- Digital Marketing.
- E-mail campaigning & data base creation.
Qualification:-
- BBA
- MBA- Marketing
