Job Overview: As a Travel Consultant specializing in Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their religious travel plans. You will provide personalized guidance, offer expert advice, and ensure a smooth and meaningful pilgrimage experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their religious travel requirements, preferences, and expectations.
2. Package Customization: Create tailored travel packages for Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah, considering clients' needs, budget, and travel constraints.
3. Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, visa applications, and other travel-related documentation.
4. Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about the religious significance, cultural nuances, and travel logistics associated with Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah destinations.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies promptly.
6. Collaboration: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure all aspects of the pilgrimage journey are well-managed.
7. Post-Travel Feedback: Gather feedback from clients post-travel and use insights to improve our services continuously.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in religious pilgrimage services, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah processes and destinations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
