Job Description:

Lead the establishment of a foundational observability layer within Azure infrastructure, focusing on full-stack observability.

Analyze and address the current reactive setup, aiming to improve incident response times and ensure SLOs are met.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Azure infrastructure and full-stack observability.

Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices, particularly in improving reactive systems.

Proven ability to collaborate across fragmented team structures, including both in-house and managed services.

Experience in incident management and applying learnings to improve infrastructure and application layers.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute projects within specified timelines.
