Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, experienced with Operation Specialist creative edge, strong critical thinking skills, a solid software development foundation and desire and tenacity to be part of growing US based client. This position requires US Accounting experience.
You should be an initiative-taker, motivated, with good people skills as well as a positive and flexible approach to problems. The applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight deadline delivery timeline
What we are looking for:
ü To perform day to day accounting including Bank, AP, AR, and Journal Entries
ü Maintain general ledger, post transactions in Quick Books
ü Update and maintain all books of accounts and run various reports in Quick books.
ü To prepare monthly Financial Statements.
ü To prepare other management reports.
ü To work closely with US counterparts in understanding the existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
ü Should know Quick Books API Integrations to ADP and other tools.
ü Should have experience in automation and reporting.
ü To work closely with various Business Leaders in driving key Finance Projects
ü Knowledge and previous experience of Accounts Process from a multinational company is a must.
ü
ü Should have excellent command in core accounting and experience in General Ledger Accounting from Multi-National Company.
ü Experience in handling QuickBooks will be preferred.
ü Should be proficient in Record to Report, end to end accounting. Should have experience in US Accounting.
ü Individual contributor role.
ü Inventory accounting / management
ü Revenue / deferred revenue concepts
ü Payroll processing / US Accounting – No understanding of different COAs we use for payroll.
ü Vendor management and the process flow
ü Experience in preparing and finalizing financials
ü Good knowledge on Quick Books
ü Good knowledge in accounting and month end closures.
ü Should have excellent communication skills and client interaction experience.
ü Strong willingness to learn and grow.
ü Should be willing to work in US Shifts.
ü Can join immediately.
ü Can work from Office.
