Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Registrar to join our dedicated medical team at People Tree Hospitals. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and be passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare to our young patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Medical degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Pediatrician.
• Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics.
• 1 to 3 years of clinical experience as a Pediatrician.
• In-depth knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and medications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Compassion and empathy for young patients and their families.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Examine infants, children, and adolescents for physical illnesses, injuries, and congenital disorders.
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions and illnesses specific to pediatric patients.
• Monitor the growth and development of patients and provide appropriate medical interventions and referrals as needed.
• Administer vaccinations and immunizations according to the recommended schedules.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate parents and guardians on proper pediatric care, including nutrition, hygiene, and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records for all patients.
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay up-to-date with advancements in pediatric medicine.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with the hospital management and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
