Role - As a Product Advisor, you will make sales calls and close sales pitches with our members. To be a successful Product Advisor, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor follows sales scripts, demonstrates exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and delivers a great customer experience.

 

What you will do in this role

1.    Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com Members basis the leads provided offering the customer products that would help them in their life partner search.

2.    Following the defined sales process to convert free members into revenue-paying customers.

3.    Ensuring Call Disposition Comments are updated once the call is completed with all relevant details.

4.    Making a required number of calls to follow up with inquiries that are not converted.

5.    Updating the details of follow-up in the system.

6.    Meeting daily talk time Targets and Calls to be done.

7.    Meeting Revenue Targets and ensuring Lead to Conversion Ratios are met.

8.    Appearing for periodic evaluations.

9.    Interfacing with walk-in customers (if assigned the task), explaining to them the features of

10. Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership.

11. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities.

12. What you should have

13. 1 year of relevant experience in Sales or Telesales.

14. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

15. Effective communication skills – verbal and written.

16. Clear diction and clarity in speech.

17. Minimum Qualification HSC.
