1. WFM is organizational plan, manage, and track employee work, including IT/Non IT requirements and employee schedules
2. Monitoring the employees’ activity and, in accordance with the data, improving the performance of the whole company.
3. A Strategic business plan must ensure that the selection of your employees for each task is appropriate, as well as compatible with the selected employee’s schedule and competency level.
