Qualification any graduate or Post graduate.

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgement
