Qualifications and Skills

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning (Mandatory skill), with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong team leadership skills (Mandatory skill), capable of mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill), both verbal and written, for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting techniques to accurately predict market trends and sales numbers.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Adept negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create long-term partnerships.
- Insightful market analysis skills, enabling identification of new opportunities and competitive positioning.
