Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in full-stack Java development.
• Develop engaging curriculum materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to students during lab sessions and projects.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Java development and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course materials and learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and support junior trainers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Skills Required:
